PENGARUH KEPRIBADIAN GURU TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA (STUDI PADA PASRAMAN PURNA LINGGA PONDOK GEDE)

Abstract

This study aims to determins whether there is influence between the teacher’s personality to student learning motivation. Population in this research is SMA in Pasraman Purna Lingga Pondok Gede and this research is quantitave research . To obtain data or results then held a test of the students. And to know whether or not there is influence between personality to student learnig motivation, used technique of data analysist in this research which consist of : correlation test got result equal to 0,93, test obtained equal to 37,03 and test of determination got obtained result of enlargement 86,49%. Then this can be said that the influence of teacher personality on student learning motivation in Pasraman full time Purna Lingga Pondok Gede.
